This king-size pure wool blanket begins with wool from our Devon Closewool sheep, which is sent to Yorkshire where it's woven with other coloured yarns that capture the breathtaking Salcombe estuary.
The Salcombe coastline offers a natural gradient where land meets sea - starting with golden beaches that gradually give way to turquoise shallows before deepening into rich blue waters where boats sail through the estuary. Our blanket's colour scheme recreates this natural transition, perfect for wrapping around your shoulders on evening boat trips or cool coastal nights. Through careful processing and expert weaving, we've captured these distinctive coastal hues in a wool throw that serves as a cherished reminder of Salcombe wherever you may be.
