This king-size pure wool blanket begins with wool from our Devon Closewool sheep, which is sent to Yorkshire where it's woven with other British yarns to create a spectrum of classic blues inspired by our maritime surroundings in Salcombe. The design transitions through creamy Pure Aran reminiscent of seafoam and sailing canvas, through the varied blues of Fistral, Kielder, and Indigo that capture different moods of the sea, before deepening to Corvette and Navy that reflect the depths of offshore waters.
Living by the coast, we're surrounded by countless shades of blue - from pale morning skies reflected in calm harbours to deep Atlantic waters.
